Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They contain important information about your and our rights and obligations.
Kappa Printing ("we" or "us") is a printing and design company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Please note that your use of the KappaPrinting.com site constitutes your unconditional agreement between Kappa Printing ("we or "us") and you (or "the Customer") to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Kappa Printing is committed to customer satisfaction, and we do everything possible to ensure accurate color reproduction, and excellent printing quality. Color match, cutting and folding tolerances are guaranteed to be within industry standards (CMYK) for pleasing color and tolerances. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of provided images.
• Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
• Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
• Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3 rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer.
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any issues prior to placing your order.

Proofing
• Online proof - We will show you an online proof of your job shortly after receiving it in our production department, but actual time will vary depending on our current workload. No job will be sent to press without your approval, so please reply as quickly as possible. Please take note that an on-line proof is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is a final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text.
• Hard copy On your request we can provide a hard copy color proof that guarantees a reasonable likeness to the final printed pieces. However, it is printed on a substrate that does not match the final paper stocks used in the printing process. While a hard copy color proof will visually show color, variation between the hard copy color proof and the final printed piece is to be expected. If a variation occurs due to these circumstances, the resulting printed job is considered an acceptable print performance.
Please note that you are responsible for proof reading the job before printing.

Printing
Kappa Printing prints in-house and, also, works with different commercial printing shops depending on size of the job, number of colors, finishing etc. Information about the printer that is being used will be offered by request. The Customer will be informed if his run will be a "Gang Run Printing" (a gang-run is the method of producing print jobs for clients that lowers costs by printing several print jobs together on the same print run, thus spreading the cost of the printing amongst all jobs on the form. All gang run printing is subject to a 10% color variance).

Turnaround
The standard turnaround time is 10 business days. For lager or smaller jobs the time will change accordingly.

Shipping
Shipping method will be approved and paid by the Customer. Once a package has shipped, Kappa Printing will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. No refund on shipping charges will be made on any job once it has shipped.

Payments
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). All payments to Kappa Printing will be made via PayPal. We cannot accept checks. Order exceeding $300 may require an authorization form and copy of credit card and Driving license. (A valid photo I.D). New customers are require to pay 50% in advance for design fees.

Disputes
All the disputes shall be resolved amiable, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Privacy policy
We respect our customers and understand that you are concerned about privacy. We may collect various types of personal information from you, depending upon how you use our services. We will keep for our records your first and last name, address, email address, telephone number. We don't keep credit card numbers. We don't sell or share your information with anybody under any circumstances.
